Fit and Active Personal Training will help you get the results you want faster, whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, tone up or to realize a specific goal you have in mind. During each session you will be motivated through your program, with the emphasis being on correct technique, safety and results.

With hectic modern-day schedules, it may be hard to fit in a gym session. Fit and Active’s specialized 30 minute or 60 minute One on one personal training sessions, focus on maximum benefit whilst not taking to much time out of your day.

A combination of Fight Conditioning, Kettlebells and other more traditional methods such as weights will be used to help you achieve your individual goals
