Group Classes

Group Classes are run under the Auckland MMA banner, they include 3 general MMA classes a week, 2 Fighters MMA classes a week, 3 MMA Fitness and Conditioning classes a week, 2 BJJ classes a week and 1 open mat rolling session.

Small group training can be arranged for corporate on sporting teams either at our facility in Pakuranga or at your premises. We can group train in Fitness, Sport Conditioning, Kickboxing, MMA and Boxing. Tell us what you want and we will make it happen for you.
